Why we run from the truth
from The Watchman’s Call Hosted by James Prosoco
Why do we run from God when He is calling us toward something better? In this episode, we follow the story of the prophet Jonah and discover that the greatest distance we can travel is often not measured in miles, but in the condition of our own hearts. Jonah's story isn't simply about a great fish or a reluctant prophet. It's about God's relentless pursuit of His people and His desire to accomplish His will even through our resistance. No matter how far we run, God's grace continues to pursue us. The question is not whether He will remain faithful—the question is whether we will finally trust Him enough to stop running.
