Why We Should Buy Organic With Wilson Chang!

Wilson Chang joins us to discuss the importance of organic farming and childhood education plays in the modern society.  Wilson has been farming or working as an environmental educator for the past decade.  He has worked at organic farms, environmental centers, outdoor experiential education youth programs, and has explored being a vegan cook and sushi chef.  Currently he is an educator and farmer at Hilltop Hanover Farm and Environmental Center in Yorktown Heights NY as well as the co-owner of Dancing Dog Farm LLC in Ridgefield, CT.  He also coordinates and teaches some of the courses for a certificate in sustainable agriculture course through Westchester Community College in partnership with Hilltop Hanover.  Throughout his meandering career Wilson weaves a respect of the natural world and ecological integrity to all that he does.
