This episode of The Hot Girl School explains why we started, a little bit about who we are and our mission. Our main goal is to emphasize that this podcast is NOT about looks. Confidence is a vibe! Understanding that someone who is a 10 with looks but a 3 in a vibe is ultimately a 3. Someone who is a 7 in looks but has a 12 vibe is a 12. Being confident ebbs and flows. You may feel extremely confident in one type of situation but once you are put into a different environment, you shrink into your shell. That's ok! and totally normal by the way. Confidence in every area of life is a mindful effort. Understanding the origin of why you don't feel so confident also helps so you can then take the steps to become more comfortable in your skin or in a particular environment. We will break down all of the little pieces that confidence seeps into. With each little stepping stone spanning across personal, romance, friendships and business you will slowly start to find new ways to integrate the tangible tools you learn to become stronger and more defiant in the areas you may not feel 100% in.
