There are certain things about our church and our culture…certain things about this environment that drew you here. There is something in the DNA of this faith family that is worth protecting. The danger when we grow so rapidly is…we could lose our identity…we could forget what makes us who we are. It’s important for us to pause and focus on the key ingredients of what makes us who we are. If we forget where we’ve come from…we are in danger of losing our bearings. Today we will pause for a moment and reflect…remember…why we worship the way we worship. Northplace Church is a Spirit-Empowered Church. We believe the Holy Spirit is the active agent of God on planet earth. We believe the Holy Spirit fills and empowers God’s people to expand his kingdom in our world. We believe that the book of Acts is more than a history book.
