In an age where sex is rushed and the focus in on men's pleasure, Jody urges women to have sex with themselves the same way they would like men to have sex with them, so they could communicate those things to a man when the time comes. She emphasizes the importance of foreplay and learning to have non-penetrative sex.She speaks about her experience on reality TV, what's real and what isn't, and if she'd do it again.
