'Why' you aren't Ready?-!

You/they have the vision, a plan, the intent and have probably made an/attempts at it but it only lasts a few hours, truths, outings, services, lessons, networking, meals, sessions, verses and you go back to what's easy and routine? Ultimately you are what is said 'to be unready for/to change' but is it really that or are/is what you/they aren't ready to deal with, work on or commit to the deep psychological, emotional, pride-/fear-ful influences within/out you? Could it be knowledge, time, affirmation etc that you need/lack that could help you make the change endearing, compelling, exciting? What is your 'readiness' or 'will' being suffocated by? Deal with that first!
