Today I am talking about something that, I'm not gonna lie, might be a bit triggering and emotional to listen to, but I feel it is really important to share. It is my sincere hope that with some of what I share today you will gain some new insight on how to cope with some of the horrific things that are happening in the world or have happened to you. The perspective I am sharing isn't necessarily the most popular one out there but it is something that has profoundly helped me for many years and seeing as how we are going through a monumental time in the world, I wanted to share some of what I have learned about people lying and getting away with bad and sometimes horrific actions.
