Some people may call it a plan, a plan of action, some kind of idea that propels you into the future. As a project manager myself, I like to have both a strategy and a plan. Today we're going to be looking at why strategies are important and it doesn't matter whether you're looking to plan your next holiday or whether you're thinking about what's going to be happening in the future of your career.
