Here it is, Journaling. That’s it. I’ve been journaling since I was 16-17 years old and it helps me so much  with my anxiety. I went to EDC and had a blast but by day two I was anxious about my  business, EVEN THOUGH IT’S FINE! By journaling, I am able to write out my thoughts and then see them on a  piece of paper and then problem solve for those thoughts. Another way I like to journal is I like to journal as if I am talking to  a friend. So I take my worries and anxieties, write them out in the journal, and  then write what I would say to a friend who was having these problems. That way I don’t need anyone else to comfort me, I can comfort myself. Now, this isn’t meant to replace human interaction, but it can help you  in a pinch when you might be having some bad anxiety.
