Ah, the warmup. No one actually likes to do it. In fact, a lot of you out there DON'T do it. Maybe it's because you're pressed for time. Maybe it's because you're lazy. Who knows!But the warmup before your workout is like Scottie Pippen to Michael Jordan. It doesn't quite get the credit it deserves, but it sure does allow you to kick some major ass during your workout. Many fitness enthusiasts out there just remain blissfully unaware of some of the incredibly beneficial things that happen in your body during a warmup.
