Some time to get off the treadmill and get inspired 2 groups of women will benefit particularly from this retreat:- Mid-lifers – mid life is tricky – we are often coping with the menopause, career challenges and an empty nest – it’s a time of uncertainty and we need to  reflect on what we want from the second half of our life Older ladies like myself – I’ll be 74 when we go to Bali but I know it’s important to stay open to new experiences and of course for me personally its such a landmark – it will be 10 years since I founded Tribe Sober and saw so many wonderful women ditch the booze and change their lives! I like to keep in mind something that Tribe Team member Lucy always says:- "We don’t stop doing things because we get old, we get old because we stop doing things!" So if you are a bit older like me do think about joining us – if you have any health worries you’ll be glad to know that there are excellent medical facilities on the island should a doctor be needed! And if you a busy working mom and are wondering how on earth you can escape your responsibilities for a week please think about setting up a support network – we all love to be independent and not ask for help but if you ask your partner or family to help you out for a week then you may be pleasantly surprised at their reaction Take some time for yourself and you will be an even better mom and career woman! And if you’re worried you can’t afford it then remember its still 10 months away – divert what you spend on alcohol into your Bali bank account… You can read more about our Bali Retreat via this link  In this episode we’ve tried to give you an idea of the benefits of stepping out of your comfort zone and joining us in Bali Please don’t hesitate to contact me [email protected] if you have any questions or need more info More Info Tribe Sober membership – you can join up HERE.
