It has allowed me to better myself and other aspects of my life. In the beginning, working out was based on attaining a certain aesthetic goal. As the years pass, it's become more about the psychological boost than anything else. Every time I train, I feel as if I hit a reset button and I feel strong and confident. Strength training allows you to discover and appreciate all that your body is capable of doing.
