The vehicle then failed to come to a complete stop at a stop sign. The driver proceeded to tailgate the driver in front of her. After observing all of this, a traffic stop was conducted. The officer immediately noticed the driver’s eyes to be bloodshot red, glassy, and watery. Her face appeared to be flush and her speech was thick-tongued. An open bottle of Michelob Ultra was observed in the cupholder closest to her. The driver quickly became argumentative. After getting out of the car, the driver resisted when being detained.
