Seen any good local movies lately? Take “M3GAN” and “The Boys in the Boat” for example. Two very different movies, very popular, which are set in Seattle, but they were not filmed in Seattle. That happens a lot. In fact, the film industry is largely absent from Washington state. So what can be done to get more local productions off the ground?
