On July 6th, 2022, 911 received a call from the home where Timothy Ferguson lived with his mother, Shanda Vander Ark, to report that Timothy was unresponsive. Shanda told authorities that Timothy accidentally fell off the top bunk of his bed, and injured himself that way.
