Vor rund zwei Wochen haben DIE ZEIT und Süddeutsche Zeitung ausführliche Recherchen über den Plan der FDP veröffentlicht, den Bruch der Ampelkoalition herbeizuführen. In der vergangenen Woche ist ein internes Strategiepapier aufgetaucht, das belegt, wie detailliert die FDP-Führung diesen Koalitionsbruch geplant hat. Nachdem unter anderem der liberale Vizepräsident des Bundestages, Wolfgang Kubicki, zunächst von einem von ZEIT und Süddeutscher Zeitung verbreiteten Märchen sprach, hat die FDP vergangene Woche Konsequenzen gezogen. Ihr Generalsekretär, Bijan Djir-Sarai, und ihr Geschäftsführer, Carsten Reymann, sind zurückgetreten. Robert Pausch, Politikredakteur der ZEIT, spricht im Podcast über seine Recherche. Im Jahr 2023 haben sich weltweit 1,3 Millionen Menschen mit HIV infiziert. 630.000 Menschen sind an Krankheiten in Verbindung mit Aids gestorben. Das geht aus dem neuen Unaids-Bericht 2024 hervor.
