Emma is a published author, sought-after speaker for business forums, trend panels and women’s events, and serves on a number of boards and advisories. Lucy is the connoisseur whose finely tuned skillset is the result of a 15-year career in HR, employment law and international agency recruitment. With degrees in Law and Psychology from the University of Otago, and an Associate CIPD Intermediate Certificate of Human Resources Management, Lucy has devoted the last decade to building teams and people strategy across New Zealand, the US and the UK.  Together along with a couple others, Emma and Lucy recently launched Good Soul Hunting. GSH hand-picks executive go-getters for purpose-driven health and fitness companies. They exist to accelerate the efforts of these companies to do good in the world, by matching them with good souls who share their passion and who have the skillset to explosively grow their impact. Lindsey and Morgan chat with Emma and Lucy about how they met, the work they have done in the past, and how Good Soul Hunting is going to help the fitness industry enter its next chapter.
