Wigging Out

The plaintiff says she hired the defendant to make a wig for her, but the hair started falling out. She claims the defendant accused her of taking poor care of the wig, so she’s suing for the cost of the wig and lost wages. The defendant says she fixed the wig for the plaintiff, and she’s countersuing for slander and lost wages.   Then, the plaintiff says she hired the defendant to move her belongings from Nevada to Arizona, but he forgot to pack up the items in her shed. He refuses to reimburse her for the missing items, so she’s suing him. The defendant says the plaintiff wasn’t there when he was packing, and the real estate agent signed off on the job.
