Affectionally know as "Gooch" Peter has been a heavy lifter on our team and spends his falls guiding for Arctic Red River Outfitters and Arcadia Outfitting.Pete gets after it in the outdoors and spends weeks on end at his cabin in remote country living the good life. He is raising his family with that connection to the outdoors and you often see him with the whole family stalking BC's game.This past fall Pete had a close call with a Grizzly Bear staking claim on one of Peter's clients harvests. Fast thinking and that survival mentality resulted in all humans walking away with nothing but shaken nerves and a story of a lifetime. Peter was literally within feet of ending up on the receiving end of a Grizzly collision which would have ended poorly for all parties.
