Wildcats Get Key Players Back | Arizona Wildcats Football News

Arizona’s football team is getting a major boost as running back Ismail Mahdi and linebacker Max Harris return for Saturday’s showdown against No. 15 BYU, thanks to a court ruling that granted them an extra year of eligibility under new NCAA rules. Mahdi, their top rusher last season with over 800 yards and 4 TDs, and Harris, a standout defender earning honorable mention, were sidelined but are now ready to dominate. This win for athletes who enrolled in 2022 could reshape college sports eligibility—and it couldn’t come at a better time for the Wildcats.
