Wildcats Kick Off Season vs NAU | Arizona Wildcats Football News

Arizona Wildcats kick off their 2026 season Saturday night in Tucson against Northern Arizona, favored by 32.5 points — a chance to build on recent dominance and set the tone for the year. With ESPN+ broadcasting and key players like Max Harris and Ismail Mahdi eyeing eligibility, this opener could be a bellwether for the season. Despite being unranked in preseason polls, optimism runs high as the team prepares for a potential bowl run. NAU’s early win adds intrigue, but Wildcats’ focus is clear: start strong, dominate, and prove they’re ready to compete at the highest level.
