Wildcats vs Orange Season Opener | Syracuse Orangemen Football News

College football kicks off this Saturday as the underdog New Hampshire Wildcats (0-1) host the Syracuse Orange (0-0) in a battle of contrasting fortunes. Despite a shaky defensive showing that surrendered nearly 400 rushing yards in their opener, New Hampshire’s offense flashed promise with big plays and solid ground work. Syracuse, meanwhile, is eager to rebound after a disappointing season, buoyed by the return of their elite quarterback — once the nation’s top passer — who could light up the scoreboard again. With Syracuse looking to start strong and New Hampshire hoping to bounce back, this ACC Network showdown at noon ET promises fireworks — especially if the Wildcats’ defense can finally contain Syracuse’s aerial attack.
