Wildfire Evacuees Update Your Vote | Spokane News

If you’re in Spokane and hit by wildfires, update your voter registration NOW—your ballot needs to reach your current address. You can do it online via votewa.gov before September, when mail ballots start printing. If you’re updating mailing info online, the deadline is October 26th; after that, you’ll need to visit an office. Even if you’re temporarily displaced, keep your voting address current so your voice counts. If your driver’s license reflects a new address, sync your voter info too—this recovery takes time, and your vote matters.
