Segment 4, February 1st, 2025 Massive Wildfires in have been contained in Western North Carolina.  Residents have been able to return home. One home was damaged and several outbuildings were destroyed in the 250 acre + in the Bat Cave and Old Fort areas.  The fire came from dryness in the tinder from dead trees, brush, and debris.
