Wildoak Living: Mendocino Refuge by Dot Brovarney

December 15, 2022--Host Johanna Wildoak talks with local author Dot Brovarney about her book Mendocino Refuge: Lake Leonard & Reeves Canyon, a new book about a remarkable Mendocino County canyon watershed and its inhabitants. The book explores the cultural and natural history of this watershed. It tells a multifaceted story of place through the interconnected lives of plants, wildlife, and human inhabitants in this little known place in the heart of Mendocino County. Johanna also talks with Annie Liner about the work of the Mendocino County Children's Fund to provide warmth and comfort to the children in our county during this winter season.
