Will Creation, and Peace of Mind

This is the 1st in this series - "Being There and The Art of Dying". It's a series of podcasts in which I'll be exploring some of the significant aspects of End of Life matters, and talking to professionals who play key roles in End of Life Planning and Care. In this opener, I recorded a fascinating and informative talk with Alicia Speed, an experienced Wills Solicitor, from Mincoffs in Newcastle upon Tyne. We discussed not just her career and motivation to specialise in Wills, but also on a range of important issues around the making of Will itself - why we should make a will, the possible costs of not making a will, the potential pitfalls of the cheap wills currently on offer all over social media, the emergence of the "Digital Legacy", and coping with the emotional distress of the will-making process.
