Will He Commit To "You?". Do You Have It In You?

A lot of women believe for whatever reason that black men are afraid of commitment. This belief is subjective and it's not even the case. What matters is that women should understand that they are in control of a relationship being started but a man decides who he chooses as his wife. That's a big difference. Are men not committing to women because they don't don't see them as becoming his wife or has he made it clear that you'll just sleep together and whatever else that may come with that and she's just ignored what he says?
