The Pittsburgh Steelers have this new program for quarterbacks. Mike McCarthy raved about it and has put some big names like Aaron Rodgers and Brett Favre through the same school. Dak Prescott even developed through it. Now, it's time for Will Howard and Drew Allar, and while Allar has shown the most early progress, Howard is really their first test subject.
