He talks about how it all started, and what he is currently focused on. He also talks about a book that changed his life.  This was a super fun interview for me as I just love talking about the business of restaurants. The fascinating part is you learn so much about him through his business. He is passionate, hard working, saavy, and a little bit lucky. He tries to find balance for his work/family life just like everyone else out there.
