Will Newman-Owner- Edley's BBQ, Pancho and Lefty's

Will Newman talks about what it's like to have a restaurant damaged by a tornado, then having to close again 14 days later due to a pandemic. He talks about how it all started, and what he is currently focused on. He also talks about a book that changed his life.  This was a super fun interview for me as I just love talking about the business of restaurants. The fascinating part is you learn so much about him through his business. He is passionate, hard working, saavy, and a little bit lucky. He tries to find balance for his work/family life just like everyone else out there. He has had some wins, and some losses (he just closed his Lexington, KY store 2 days ago) and he talks about them with me.   Cheers!  Brandon
