Philadelphia Phillies Manager, Rob Thomson, seems to love him. He’s still owed $36 million over the next two seasons. A trade, without the Phillies eating a majority of the remaining salary, is unlikely. He has the ability to refuse an outright assignment and still get paid due to service time accrued.
