Justin Welby is facing growing calls to resign after a report found the Church of England covered up “abhorrent” abuse.The review said Archbishop Welby “could and should” have reported the case to authorities when details of the abuse of more than 100 boys and young men at the hands of serial predator John Smyth were presented to him in 2013.
