Will the budget bill help or hurt our economy?

We saw the House pass the budget bill this week. The Office of Management and Budget said it will add $3 trillion to the deficit. Whether it will help or hurt the economy likely depends on who you ask. KSL Newsradio's Amanda Dickson asked her guests to share their thoughts on A Woman's View.
