Additionally, he evaluates the chances of Chris Ballard trading up in the NFL Draft, believes that the Colts will address tight end early in the draft, and thinks it makes sense for the Colts to draft a quarterback this year with the uncertainty surrounding Anthony Richardson and Daniel Jones.
