The middle east has been a military and cultural "hot spot" for millennia. And for the last 60 plus years since Israel took possession of Jerusalem, tempers have flared and fighting has continued. Today Iran and even Russia have moved into Syria - on Israel's border. The Palestinian conflict continues. And, we continue hearing of a "two state solution." Israel has a highly advanced military and apparently even nuclear weapons. But, many nations want control of Jerusalem and now even the sea off the coast of Israel where there is oil. Will there be war in the middle east?
