Will is entering his second year as Head Football Coach at Francis Scott Key HS (Union Bridge, MD) In 2019, the FSK football team made the playoffs for the first time in nearly a decade. Beginning his 10th year coaching. Will also teaches Special Education at FSK Previous stops coaching include: John Handley HS, Fauquier HS, Fort Defiance HS. While at Handley, mentored by one of the best defensive minds in college football, D3 2014 AFCA Assistant Coach of the year, John Davis. A native of Charlottesville, VA. Will graduated from Charlottesville HS in 2007. Thompson furthered his education and Football career at Bridgewater College, graduating in 2011 with a BA in History/Political Science.
