Will We Have A Treatment For Dengue One Day?

“There is no specific treatment for dengue.” That’s often how dengue is described, as the viral infection can only be managed through supportive care like fluids, rest or platelet transfusions, if necessary. However, an effective antiviral treatment for dengue might mean the difference between life and death for many people who are infected every year.
