Will we see a BLUE CARD in Premier League football?

Just when we think we’d had enough headaches with VAR being the main talking point, we’ve now been hit with a possible new rule on the horizon - the blue card. Blue cards would mean a 10 minute ‘sin bin’ for a player following dissent towards the referee, or a tackle which doesn’t quite warrant a red, but is too cynical to be a yellow.
