Send us Fan MailServing Jesus is more than going through the motions—it’s a question of the heart. In this episode, Steve McLane takes us back to Joshua’s challenge to Israel: “Choose this day whom you will serve… But as for me and my house, we will serve the LORD.” (Joshua 24:15)From Isaiah’s reminder that lip service is not enough, to Joshua’s call to wholehearted devotion, Steve unpacks what it means to truly serve the Lord in our daily lives. He reflects on the modern “idols” we often cling to—control, comfort, approval—and invites us to lay them down at the feet of Jesus. With Scripture, personal reflection, and a powerful devotional shared by a faithful listener, this episode challenges us to move beyond outward appearances and embrace a life fully surrendered to Christ.
