The Willard City Council approved zoning amendments Wednesday that set a firm 25-foot height limit for detached accessory buildings, maintain a 35-foot cap for primary homes and clarify how agricultural conservation easements apply to larger residential lots. The changes update dimensional standards governing height, setbacks and lot coverage and refine language allowing property owners with parcels larger than one acre to preserve part of their land for agricultural use while developing the remainder.
