Chris Kidd, Associate Professor, U.S. Naval War College, Newport, Rhode Island is our guest. Colonel, U.S. Army (Retired), Kidd was commissioned in the Infantry from the USMA in 1992. Col Kidd served in numerous troop leading and staff positions while assigned to multiple battalions during his career.
