219. Talk with Freedom Jiu Jitsu This episode was a previously recorded talk that I had at Freedom Jiu Jitsu about a month ago. I had done a seminar there then spoke to them about the core concepts of wrestling/jiu jitsu. Having the willingness to learn something new, and apply it in your life either on the mats or off.
