1. What can I do to claim by share of my Dad’s inheritance? I didn’t speak to my Dad after he got married for the 2nd time, but I still want want is rightfully mine 2. My neighbor recently got an energy certificate – why would he do this?What does it mean? 3. Wealth tax, inheritance tax, income tax, all of these taxes in Spain – what do I have to pay? 4. I have got an escritura for my property here and a mortgage so why do I need a certificate that says it is habitable? Of course it is- I live there! 5. Why should I get a power of attorney sorted out? 6. We have got 6 children between us – from various marriages. What can I do to make sure that the kids that we don’t speak to anymore cannot get their sticky hands on our well earned money? 7. I do not live in Spain permanently so the tax office doesn’t need me to do a tax return – that is correct isn’t it? 8.
