During this time he developed a combination of healing techniques, meditation and body movements to recover from mental health issues Wilson studied at the Barbara Brennan School of Healing and in 2015 graduated as a Healing Science Practitioner. In 2019 Wilson started making Wakundama Yoga and Healing Dance videos, which has gained a large following on social media. Wilson or spiritual name Wakundama has written 2 books.
