 With the job application and hiring process more competitive than ever in 2024 and a workforce with an unprecedented five generations collaborating in some organizations, Kadeer A. Porter, an executive recruiter; Frank Kovacs, a global technology business executive; and Mark Beal, a public relations practitioner, marketer and university professor have joined forces and co-authored a new book for job seekers and those who are currently employed which is now available on Amazon, Win The Job & Thrive In A Multigenerational Workplace. The book consists of 166 lessons that offer insights, information, advice, and recommendations for all aspects of a successful job search and employment onboarding process including networking, resume and cover letter writing, mastering phone, teleconference and in-person interviews, leveraging LinkedIn, goal setting and measurement, and successfully onboarding and collaborating with colleagues from as many as five generations.   Bruce Ferrell talked to Mark Beal about the project.
