A business leader with broad understanding of the mining industry, Keaton has led organizations across new business acquisition, site operations, vendor strategy, and client relations. Prior to founding Turner Mining Group, Keaton held various positions within his family's heavy/civil excavation company – supervising strategic direction, operations, and commercial development as well as project design, estimation, operations management, and partner coordination.
