Dr. Noel Lloyd Often, I hear about associates or potential associates complaining about the job market. I also hear from chiropractic owners that associates “want too much.” There is a tug of war battle at hand here, but there is also a solution. Being a solo practitioner is often the default for chiropractors, but why not consider having associates? A great number of Chiropractic owners are slaves to their own offices. They love to practice. They love to treat patients. But wouldn’t you like some freedom? Wouldn’t you like others contributing to the overhead that keeps increasing? Wouldn’t you like more profit? In this episode, I interview Dr. Noel Lloyd and we discuss the Win-Win Associate relationship. Dr. Lloyd has decades of experience in this arena, and he shares with us some key aspects of making the relationship mutually beneficial for both associate and clinic owner.
