Wine grape harvest season arrives early in Sonoma County

The earliest wine grape picking season in years is underway in wine country. Wine makers are hoping a smaller harvest is actually good for the industry. We're all getting used to using our phone to pay for for credit card transactions, or to get into ticketed events. Now, get ready for a digital driver's license. It was almost two weeks ago that sixteen puppies were found abandoned in a Livermore Walmart parking lot. Their fate has turned out to be even better than animal advocates could have hoped for.
