We talk about his new one-man performance memoir, "Salt & Pepper Cooking: The Education of an American Chef." Haller brings us into the world that created James Haller, The Chef, in lively, often poignant scenes that take us from his childhood to the moment he turned the corner onto Ceres Street, where he opened The Blue Strawbery in 1970. The show debuts on Sept. 13 at West End Studio Theatre as part of ACT ONE's third annual Festival of Fun.
