Winless Run At Home Extends 😟
from The Ealing Road Podcast Hosted by Michael Johnston
On this week’s episode, Mike and Dan reflect on the narrow home defeat against Aston Villa, extending Brentford’s winless run at home to eight matches in all competitions. Ollie Watkins returned to Brentford to haunt his former side once more. His second half effort - enough to hand Villa the three points - was his sixth goal in seven games against his old employers. We break down the goal, go through some interesting social media talk around the mentality of this team, and debate whether we should’ve been awarded two penalties.
