Here are some of the high points: When you bring everyone into your team, you might end up with a circus. Be specific about the people you're bringing into you team! Every person you bring into an opportunity may not be a rockstar... but what if that level 1 leader can bring you your next level 5 leader? We bring excellence in every area we are given opportunity! When you raise the bar, it will impact every person around you. Do your work as unto the Lord each and every day. When you see something in your team that is not working, take ownership and go fix it! Have the hard conversation, confront people and point them toward the wisdom they need to hear.
